Are ceramic MTX brake pads hard on rotors?

No. The abrasion factor for Red Label RACE or Gold Label HD is on-par with a typical organic / resin / semi-metallic brake pad in terms of wear and stress induced on a rotor. 

Nothing is more harsh on a rotor than a sintered metallic brake pad; our brake pads will provide a typical lifespan for all rotors.
