We will do what we can to help locate your package. We can't see any more information from the tracking number than you can, but we can certainly help and look into it.
In most cases, it is up to the recipient to submit a claim to the carrier. We CAN work with you to get you a replacement set at a discounted rate in hopes that we can take the sting away from the hassle of dealing with a lost package.
