Ways to purchase MTX Braking products
- Phone orders are accepted Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm MST
- Online orders can of course be placed 24/7
- Visit your local retailer. If they do not stock our product, we have a dedicated Dealer Services staff that can set them up with an account same-day.
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (PayPal can only be used when purchasing through our online store).
A general run-down
Once you place an order directly with us, you will receive an email receipt almost immediately. You will also receive a second email with your tracking information once we process the shipping label.
Order processing
In most cases, consumer-direct & dealer orders will ship same-day if the order is placed before 1pm MST, Monday through Friday. There are some seasonal occasions where order demand pushes out delivery times which can take as much as 5 business days.
Shipping options
Shipping options and rates are related to your location. We offer the following options which are available within our Checkout process.
US Domestic Options
USPS First Class - Free Shipping for US customers ON ORDERS OVER $49 - Not the fastest, but quite reliable and cost effective.
UPS Ground - We exclusively use UPS as a carrier other than USPS.
UPS 2nd Day Air - A reasonably-priced option when time is a concern
UPS Next Day Air - We can implement this option on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you need this shipping option.
International Shipping Options
DHL - For our international customers - this is by-far the fastest way to receive your order.
USPS Priority International - Cheap international shipping, but unpredictably slow. it WILL get to you, but if you are in any hurry, choose DHL.
Shipping & Order FAQs
My expedited shipping did not arrive on time!
Simply put, if the expedited shipping did not arrive on time, we will refund you for that shipping cost. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are helpless in the actual delivery, and obviously have nothing to do with the delivery process beyond the dropoff, but we still understand the frustration and are happy to ease the pain with a refund.
I’m local, do you offer in-store pickup?
We do not have a retail location and always encourage our local customers to head to your favorite local dealer / shop to pick up MTX Braking products. We are in nearly every major shop in Utah and would love it if you dropped into any of them.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping to many countries - you'll see a list of current options in a drop-down menu during Checkout. If you do not see your country, contact us to discuss your options.
Canada options
Bicycle brake pads are exempt from duties or customs fees into Canada!
- USPS Priority International works pretty well and will arrive with the lowest brokerage fees.
- UPS Ground - a faster way, but UPS is very proud of their brokerage fees.
- DHL - another fast method, but again, high brokerage fees.
We are working on a better placement method for our friends to the north.
What about customs / duties?
You are responsible for all customs and/or duty fees that stem from your country's requirements.
