Conditions
Brake rotors must be new, or used rotors need to be prepped according to our recommended process, available here.
Details
Basically, if you are getting noise with our brake pads, something is wrong. Usually, this almost-always points back to the rotor.
For example if you were previously using a sintered metallic brake pad on the rotors-in-subject, they need to be reset according to our suggested process. Generally, this will fix the issue.
Does power feel vague or does it take a while for the brakes to feel at their full strength? Make sure your bedding process was correct - read that here.
Contamination
There is a chance they have been contaminated if they feel vague and/or just don't lock up. We package our brake pads in-house in a clean room, so the odds of the contamination coming from our facility is unlikely. Often times, you'll never quite figure out how it happened.
But there are always exceptions. If you truly believe something is wrong right out of the package, file a Warranty Claim here.
