How to submit a return: Did you order the wrong model and need to exchange them? Or buy extras but now have a new bike and need to swap models?
Conditions
- Please make sure the item is unopened and in like-new condition that we can put back in stock. It is ok if you bought 4 sets three months ago, but 'just bought a new bike and want to swap your current brake pads for a different model. Again, just make sure they are new & unopened.
- And of course if WE accidentally sent you the wrong ones, we'll get the correct ones sent to you with a prepaid return label to get the incorrect models back.
Non-returnable criteria
- We can't accept the return if you tried to install the brake pads; that opens-up too much potential for contamination and liability of issues if we re-package them for resale.
- Did you accidentally get fluid on the brake pads during your installation? We can't accept a return under this circumstance, BUT we do have a Contamination Replacement Program that is meant for frustrating accidents like this. In the end, we get it, things happen and we want to help ease the anguish.
